The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and makers revise finishes, packaging and included fittings between production runs, so small differences between an image and the product you receive are normal. Sizes and materials are the figures published by the manufacturer.
Not plumbing advice
Our products are household drain products. Nothing on this site is plumbing advice. In Singapore, fixed plumbing and sanitary work must be done by a licensed plumber. That covers installing or altering wastes, traps, floor traps and shower grates connected to the drain line. Products that sit in or over an existing drain, replace a plug or strainer, clear a blockage, or connect an appliance hose to an existing outlet are things a householder can use.
Measure before you order. Sizes are the maker's stated sizes, and makers often give them in inches, so measure your drain in millimetres and compare. If a job needs a licensed plumber, check the part with your plumber before ordering.
Public sewers are PUB's responsibility. A blockage in a shared pipe or common area of an HDB block is usually for the Town Council, so check before you pay for private work.
